Return & Refund Policy

At Tomfoolery, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because all items are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you, we have a limited return policy.

Defective or Damaged Items
We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives with print quality issues or damage. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with incorrect printing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at tomfoolery2099@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing Issues
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items without defects or print quality issues
  • Items returned due to incorrect size selection
  • Items returned due to change of mind
  • Items not purchased directly from our store

Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
